2020-07-28 (1.4): completely changed the way fighting enemies works, so enemies appear less often and you now have one-on-one battles that you can't leave until you hit the enemy or the enemy hits you; added and changed a bunch of text to hopefully make things clearer; changed the probabilities of generating stores and locks
