Games Made Quick 5 (2021) update

For the Games Made Quick jam, I added audio/music, and also wrote a manual and some developer commentary.  Also since I didn't update the version on itch.io when I made the 1.2 update, this update also makes it so you can press any key or tap anywhere to jump, and adds some options to the Options menu, including "Don't save high scores", "Disable walls", "Show jump arcs", and "Change all power-ups to...".
